It is possible to divide the service offered by Albany International into four major categories, some of which typically overlap.

1.) Regular Fabric Service - Encompassing the normal service coverage of our product, including design, start-up, and performance analysis.

2.) Consultative - Assistance to operating personnel, based on the extensive experience of our Service Engineers and world-wide exposure of Albany International.

3.) Diagnostic - Regular and in-depth analysis of machine and clothing variables in a long term effort to improve machine and clothing operation.

4.) Project Specific - Contribution to a specific and targeted project of importance to mill operations.

While being justifiably proud of Albany International's service capability, we recognize that Albany's true strength lies in the ability to service the entire machine with "specialists" from each machine section, which we call upon when required. A list of services include:
