Can I send my application/resume directly to an employee or drop off at a facility where I would like to work?
No, all applicants must apply online through the website. We do not accept unsolicited applications/resumes.
What if I do not see a job online I would like to apply for but I want the company to know I am interested?
Anyone can create a profile through our online application system for future openings. You can also create a “job agent” this feature will allow an applicant to choose up to three job matching descriptions that will alert you when an opening has been created that matches your description.
Should I call to check on my application/resume?
If you are a qualified applicant for the position applied a member of HR will contact you directly.
How long does it typically take to receive a response from the time I submit my application/resume?
The process varies depending upon the position applied for. When a member of HR contacts you, he or she will explain the timetable. A response to an applicant can come in the form of an email, phone call or system message.
How can I edit my profile or apply to more than one position?
You can log back into the applicant system and click edit on your profile. If you would like to apply to more than one job you can find the other positions of interest and simply apply, you have already created a profile that will attach to the new position of interest.
What if I forget or misplace my username or password?
When creating your initial password credentials write them down because you will need them throughout the hiring process or to apply for future positions. If you forget your username or password choose one of the two options at the login screen and answer your secret questions to retrieve or reset your credentials.
What if I don’t have any manufacturing experience?
We have positions in our manufacturing operations that do not require specific manufacturing experience. We offer a training program and pay employees while they are train and learn the process.
Do you verify my education?
Yes, before a candidate can become an employee we verify the candidate has received the required education credentials depending on the position applied for.
What other items are verified before I can become an employee?
We also pay for candidates to attend a participating facility for a drug test and health screen as part of the pre-hire process. We also run a background check that includes a verification of criminal history, employment references and professional references.
How long does the pre-hire process take?
The timetable on this process can vary depending on the information provided by the candidate. Accurate and honest information makes the average time for the process to complete within one to two weeks.
