Located just off of I-10, 15 miles northwest of San Antonio, TX, AEC's facility in Boerne, Texas has a rich history, founded as Texas Composites in 1986 and joining Albany International in April 2006. The plant has seen significant growth with three expansions since 2000, now boasting over 170,000 ft2 of manufacturing space.

Equipped with advanced technologies like RTM, autoclave, and oven cures, 5-axis machining, CMM, NDT, composite braiding, containment, and proprietary 3D weaving, the Boerne facility specializes in producing high volume, tight tolerance components for renowned aerospace clients such as Rolls-Royce, Boeing, Safran, GE Aerospace, GE Dowty, Honeywell, and Pratt Whitney.
