A. William Higgins
President & Chief Executive Officer
A. WILLIAM (Bill) HIGGINS has been a Director of the Company since September 2016, and President and CEO since January 20, 2020. He previously served as Chairman of the Board from February 2019 until January 20, 2020.

Mr. Higgins served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of CIRCOR International, Inc. from 2008 to 2012. Prior to March 2008, Higgins held the offices of President and Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CIRCOR. Prior to joining CIRCOR in 2005, he spent thirteen years in a variety of senior management positions with Honeywell International and AlliedSignal.

Mr. Higgins also currently serves as a director of Kaman Corporation, a diversified aerospace and industrial distribution company, where he is chairman of the finance committee and a member of the corporate governance committee.
Stephen M. Nolan
Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
Stephen M. Nolan joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer on April 1, 2019. Mr. Nolan has more than 16 years of experience in operational and strategic finance, most recently serving as CFO for Esterline Corporation, where he co-led the recently completed sale of Esterline to TransDigm Group Incorporated. Prior to this role, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Vista Outdoor, Inc., a publicly traded manufacturer of outdoor sports and recreation products, and worked on the formation and spin-off of Vista Outdoor from its aerospace and defense parent company Alliant Techsystems (ATK) in 2015, as well as the related merger between ATK and Orbital Sciences to create Orbital ATK.

Prior to that time, Mr. Nolan worked in a number of strategic and operational management roles within ATK, including Senior Vice President for Strategy and Business Development and several business unit leadership positions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nolan served for five years in corporate development and strategy roles at Raytheon Company and five years as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company. He has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Trinity College, the University of Dublin, a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Daniel A. Halftermeyer
President - Machine Clothing
Daniel A. Halftermeyer joined the Company in 1987. He has served the Company as President – PMC since January 2010. He previously served the Company as Group Vice President – PMC Eurasia Business Corridor from August 2008 to December 2009, Group Vice President – PMC Europe from 2005 to August 2008, Vice President and General Manager – North American Dryer Fabrics from 1997 to March 2005, and Technical Director – Dryer Fabrics from 1993 to 1997. He held various technical and management positions in St. Stephen, South Carolina, and Sélestat, France, from 1987 to 1993.
Greg Harwell
President - Albany Engineered Composites
Greg Harwell joined the Company as Group President of Albany Engineered Composites on November 4, 2019. He brings more than 25 years of aerospace experience to Albany as well as a proven track record of success in organic and inorganic growth, profit margin expansion, and world class customer service in times of growth and consolidation.

Before joining Albany, Mr. Harwell actively consulted for a Private Equity Company engaged in growing their global portfolios through rapid acquisition and integration. He served on the acquisition team and led efforts to create the operational framework for the integrations. Prior to this, Mr. Harwell served as President of Precision Castparts Corporation’s (PCC) Aerostructures and was responsible for managing all aspects of the organization with revenues of over 1.5B and 30 facilities globally. Prior to this role, he served for 15 years in several vice presidential roles at Arconic (Alcoa Fastening Systems & Rings). Mr. Harwell has gained recognition for his aptitude for operational excellence, including continuous improvement activities and productivity savings as a result of Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma programs. He has an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Robert A. Hansen
Senior Vice President & Chief Technical Officer
Robert A. Hansen joined the Company in 1981. He has served the Company as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer since January 2010, Vice President – Corporate Research and Development from April 2006 to January 2010, and Director of Technical and Marketing – Europe Press Fabrics from 2004 to April 2006. From 2000 to 2004, he served as Technical Director – Press Fabrics, Göppingen, Germany. Previously he had the position of Technical Director in Dieren, The Netherlands, and had also held technical management and research and development positions in the Company’s Järvenpää, Finland, and Albany, New York facilities.
Elisabeth Indriani
Vice President - Controller
Elisabeth Indriani joined the Company in 2021 and has served as the corporation’s Vice President, Controller since May 2021. Prior to joining the Company, she was the Global Controller at Century Aluminum Company, where she oversaw accounting and financial reporting, led global policy and process transformation initiatives, and was a business partner in financial planning and analysis, M&A due diligence, investor relations, treasury, financing and tax structuring transactions. Earlier in her career, Ms. Indriani served as an Audit Senior Manager with Deloitte and Touche LLP.
Joseph M. Gaug
VP and General Counsel & Assistant Secretary
Joseph M. Gaug has been VP and General Counsel & Secretary since July 2020. Joe joined the Company in 2004 and served as Associate General Counsel from 2004-2020 and as Assistant Secretary from 2006-2020. Prior to 2004, he was a principal with McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams, P.C., a law firm located in Albany, New York.
Alice McCarvill
Executive Vice President – Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer
Alice McCarvill joined the Company in March 2018 as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in global HR roles maximizing the talent advantage for profitable growth. She has a proven record of successful impact on business growth and results having served as a strategic partner and advisor to executives at Alumax, Alcoa, and Arconic. Prior to joining Albany, Alice was Group VP Human Resources for Arconic Engineering Product and Solutions. Alice joined Alcoa in 1990 as Human Resources Manager for Alcoa Deschambault in Canada and then progressed through an expanding scope of responsibilities in North America, Europe andAsia Pacific regions. Raised in Quebec, Canada, Alice is a graduate of Laval University and has earned Bachelor’s degrees in Human Resources and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration.
