Accountability

 

At Albany International, every individual who directly contributes to the outcome from the time the “order” is accepted until the “product” is delivered must hold themselves accountable for the final outcome.

 

  • Ensures that his/her part of the process is completed in a timely and accurate manner, concerns or problems  associated with timeliness or accuracy are communicated to impacted parties

  • Accepts ownership to resolve issues and honor commitments

  • Anticipates obstacles and when necessary takes preventative action before they become major issues

  • Demonstrates and assumes responsibilitiy for both positive and negative outcomes, even if responsibilities are shared with others

  • Clearly understands and demonstrates adherence to internal control responsibilities and looks for solutions to improve and/or reduce risks.
